33rd Annual SAM Awards Honors Creative Excellence

On Tuesday, September 29^th, NJBA hosted the 33^rd Annual Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards Banquet to honor the industry’s most creative and successful sales and marketing professionals. Every year, the SAM Awards program honors NJBA Builder, Remodeler & Associate Members who have made major contributions to the home building industry by displaying excellence in design and marketing. This is the first year the SAM Awards Banquet was held virtually. Congratulations to all of the winners and finalists! 

The SAM Awards ceremony was attended by advertising, sales, marketing, media, and home building industry professionals. Awards were presented in specialized categories recognizing industry leading sales and marketing initiatives in residential marketing, architectural design, remodeling, and individual creative achievements. Builders, as well as companies that supply products and services to the building industry, are eligible for a SAM Award.

NJBA CEO Jeff Kolakowski stated, “The individuals and companies honored with a SAM award play an integral role in the home building industry and deserve recognition for their exceptional efforts to promote new and exciting residential projects. Their ability to create innovative and lasting sales and marketing designs that help our members build and sell homes in a competitive marketplace is top notch.  Congratulations to all of the SAM award winners and finalists for providing services and delivering products of the highest quality.”
