Governor Phil Murphy signed Executive Order 107 which orders NJ residents to remain at home, orders all non-essential brick and mortar retail businesses to close and sets parameters for other industries including the construction industry.

NJBA Elected Officers and General Counsel have agreed that the NJBA Board of Directors meeting will be temporarily delayed as we continue to monitor and assess this crisis. All business associated with this meeting, including the election and installation of the 2020-2021 NJBA Officers, will be delayed until further notice.

NJBA staff began working remotely today, March 16, after President Trump declared a national emergency in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The association is fully functioning and operational, and NJBA staff is working and accessible even though the physical office is closed.
