This week, NJBA President Tom Troy attended a press conference held by Senate President Sweeney to discuss the importance of S2293/A3902 (Sweeney/Benson) – “Securing Our Children’s Future Bond Act.” NJBA strongly supports this ballot initiative that will allow voters to decide whether to bond for $500 million for public education, vo-tech schools, county colleges and other programs to facilitate careers in the skilled trades. Tom Troy and NJBA encourage everyone to vote YES on question 1 on election day November 6th.
