Governor Murphy is forming two groups of powerful and influential business leaders to assist in creating the blueprint for how the state will reopen and reignite the economy.
On April 14, Governor Murphy signed Executive Order #127 to extend certain deadlines associated with NJ's rulemaking procedures. The EO postpones deadlines to act on rule proposals, petitions for rulemaking and the expiration of currently existing rules until 90 days after public health emergency has ended.
