Governor Murphy has just announced a new executive order that would shut down many parts of the construction industry. Pursuant to his Executive Order, all non essential construction must cease indefinitely by 8:00 p.m on Friday.

President Trump recently signed a new law expanding family and medical leave for certain employers with fewer than 500 employees. In addition to providing additional paid family leave to employees, the law provides that employers MUST provide notice of these changes to their employees by April 1st.
